"I started the company because of time, they used to say the national average car deal takes about 3 hours from the time you first meet your customer until the time they’re finished signing documents with the finance department and taking delivery of their new car. As a salesman I experienced a lot of wasted time, waiting around when there were no customers especially during the long scheduled hours really took a toll on being away from family and thinking of other things I’d rather be doing, times where my sales managers would stick to the conventional process of trying to bring a customer in instead of working a deal over the phone or through email made for a lot of missed opportunities not to mention being stuck to one brand.
